Chapter Six

Shane knew exactly what he was doing. He was horny, but it seemed subtlety was lost on Alejandro. Although Shane could tell Alejandro was trying his best not to look at him.

“Can you help me get this glove off?” He crossed the room and stood so close to Alejandro that he could smell his dark cologne. “It was easier getting it on than it is getting it off.”

Yep. He’d chosen those words purposely. In truth, it had been hard trying to tape the glove to his wrist, but Shane was out to seduce Alejandro, so he had to use whatever means necessary.

Shane hadn’t even wrapped the towel back around his waist. It hung over his shoulder as he held his hand out to Alejandro.

If only Alejandro would give him some indication that he was all for sex, Shane could drop the pretense. But so far Alejandro hadn’t made a move, hadn’t batted an eyelash or even openly ogled him.

Not that Shane was a master seducer, but he knew what he wanted, and Alejandro was what Shane wanted. Who wouldn’t? Alejandro was flat-out gorgeous, with dark looks and those amazing hazel eyes. He also had a body so cut that Shane practically drooled over it.

It was more than just sex that attracted Shane to him, but right now he couldn’t think past the erection that jutted between his own legs.

And Shane knew Alejandro saw it. His eyes kept lowering before pulling back up to Shane’s hand.

Alejandro worked the tape off Shane’s wrist and pulled the glove free. He turned Shane’s hand over, closely examining the gauze. “It doesn’t look wet.”

“I still don’t see why I have to wear this.” Shane shook his hand. “I’m gonna take it off.”

“No.” Alejandro shook his head. “They said to keep it covered for a few days, and that’s what you’re going to do.”

Shane hid his smirk. “And if I take it off before then? What are you going to do to me, Alejandro? Are you going to spank my bottom?”

Alejandro’s nostrils flared as his gaze once again lowered to Shane’s cock. “You are playing with fire, mi amor.”

Shane finally dropped the pretense. He moved closer, crowding into Alejandro’s personal space. “What if I want to play with fire? What if I want you to kiss me and touch me and do wicked things to my body?”

“Are you asking me to claim you?” Alejandro moved until Shane was pinned against the wall, the doors to his left. “Do you even know what that means, my little human?”

“Elijah told me the gist,” Shane confessed. “About happiness and protecting me.”

“The little wolf talks too much,” Alejandro said with a slight growl. “But did he tell you how I would claim you, how I would bond you to me for all eternity?”

Shane had set out to seduce Alejandro, not get a reality check. No, Elijah hadn’t told him that part, and now Shane wanted to hunt Elijah down and give him a piece of his mind for not giving him the full download.
